Order Process
Take advantage of Schokologo’s products and create your own unique gift, promotional or incentive item made from high quality chocolate. With our products custom made to your company or logo, you will have a proven marketing tool! Fine chocolate in an elegant, beautifully designed package will set you apart. Customer satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Artwork and Logos
Black and white artwork is required. Please send us the graphics in digital format (GIF, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, etc.) and in printable quality (min. 300dpi). Alternatively you can send us your b&w artwork per post.
The Wallet (Cardboard box)
The artwork for the box can differ from the artwork for the chocolate and should not be larger then 1-2 Words or a small logo. Full process printed card board boxes can be delivered for an additional fee.
Delivery
Normal production and delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks after receiving our order confirmation and payment. For rush order please email us at info(at)schokologo.com.
Mailing Services
If you like, we’ll also take care of the entire process from production and finishing to individual delivery to your recipient’s door.

To order, please fill out our order form, sign it, and fax it back to +49 211 36 777 929. Alternatively you can place your order at order(at)schokologo.com send.
We confirm all orders per Email. If you haven’t received our order confirmation in 2 days after placing your order, please contact us.
Payment terms
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments. An advance payment is required on all orders.
