Eines der in der Studie ermittelten Ergebnisse macht deutlich, dass die Au\u00dfendienstler die Themen PoS-Werbemittel und Direktmarketing sehr kritisch beleuchten. Denn l\u00e4ngst nicht jedes Werbemittel h\u00e4lt, was es verspricht.<\/p>\n<p>Um eine positive Wirksamkeit zu entfalten, muss ein Werbemittel den Kunden ansprechen, ihm einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Nutzwert bieten oder ein Werbegeschenk sein, was die Bedingungen eines Geschenkes erf\u00fcllt: Es muss gefallen und Freude bringen. Andernfalls ergibt sich in der Rechnung ein Minus, denn ein Geschenk, das mehr Last als Freude, Unwillen oder auch nur Kopfsch\u00fctteln ausl\u00f6st, wirft kein gutes Licht auf den Geber. Bei Werbeartikeln aus Schokolade geht das Risiko, dass es \u00fcberhaupt nicht ankommt, gegen Null.
